Nobody is celebrating that the work of Offene Arme is still needed – but the achievement of sustaining the operation and welcoming over 2000 volunteers from 60+ countries needs to be recognised and celebrated!
Our organization aims to continue to operate for as long as there are people in need on the island but in order to carry on the work Offene Arme urgently needs to raise funds for the year ahead!
To keep this project alive into 2026 to provide the supplies and services needed by the refugees in Chios we need to raise at least 20,000€.

We also have a fundraiser on Betterplace which is an easy way to donate and also provides an easy method of setting up your own personalised fundraiser which you can share with family and friends (details of how to do this are here).
